For the owner of the property at the installation address that is leased or rented to another individual. The tenants at the property must complete the “Tenant Application”.

Please have the following ready to apply:

  1. Valid Government Issued ID
  2. Social Security Number
  3. Personal Tax Returns for the last 2 years
  4. Your financial information (i.e., assets, liabilities, income, real estate, etc.) to complete a Personal Financial Statement
  5. Address and Information of nearest relative, tenant, and property manager

If there are any other people who co-own your property, they will need to complete an “Additional Application”.
