For the owner of the property at the installation address that is leased or rented to another individual. The tenants at the property must complete the “GEM$ Main Application”.

📋Please have the following ready to apply:

  1. Valid Government Issued ID
  2. Social Security Number
  3. Personal Tax Returns for the last 2 years
  4. Your financial information (i.e., assets, liabilities, income, real estate, etc.) to complete a Personal Financial Statement
  5. Address and Information of nearest relative, tenant, and property manager

If there are any other people who co-own your property, or are authorized to pay your electric bill, they will need to complete an “Additional Application”. The link to the Additional Application will be provided in a comment on the GEM$ Main Application after submission.
